My English Teacher is a free English language audio podcast feature from www.BeginnersEnglishDictionary.com. Download each episode for free English lessons and learn some usable English in bite-sized chunks. Each download is about 1-2 MB.
How to use My English Teacher audio podcasts:
1. Listen to the podcast several times and try to understand what is being said.
2. Make sure you understand all of the vocabulary. Look at the vocabulary list to see if you understand all of the words used in the podcast.
3. Review the Podcast Transcription to see a transcription of the whole podcast.
4. Try to answer the questions for each episode.
5. Now, try to use all of the words and expressions in your English speaking.
Episode 2: My Neighbour Audio Podcast

Some Questions to think about:
1. Why does the speaker like his neighbour so much?
2. What does the speaker talk to his neighbour about?
3. What does the neighbour's son often do?
4. What is the neighbour's hobby?
Podcast Transcription:
I enjoy talking to my neighbour. He is a very pleasant fellow. Lots of times when I am out at the front of my house watering my trees and my flowers I see him come home in his truck. Often we take an opportunity to take about each other's families and about things about our neighbourhood. He has a young son who is always playing out in front of his house with his friends.They play basketball and hockey and other sports. My friend likes to go fishing. Often he goes fishing at the river and then he comes home and cuts off a nice big piece of fish which he will bring over for my wife and to enjoy. I really enjoy his friendship.
