How to use My English Teacher audio podcasts:
1. Listen to the podcast several times and try to understand what is being said.
2. Make sure you understand all of the vocabulary. Look at the vocabulary list to see if you understand all of the words used in the podcast.
3. Review the Podcast Transcription to see a transcription of the whole podcast.
4. Try to answer the questions for each episode.
5. Now, try to use all of the words and expressions in your English speaking.

Podcast Transcription:
When winter arrives, influenza, or flu, as we usually call it, spreads and many people get sick. Their throat gets sore and their nose starts to run. They also get a fever and a headache, In severe cases, some people stay in bed for almost a week. Also, they might get an upset stomach. I don’t like getting the flu. I don’t even like to catch a cold because you feel tired and uncomfortable.
